Rick Hanley, CPIA

Rick has been in the insurance industry since 2020 and has served as an educator/mentor of at-risk youth for over fifteen years, as well as a pastor of a large multiethnic congregation. Rick joined McArdle & Associates in 2023. He recently relocated from Stuarts Draft, VA where he worked for a large insurance agency as an insurance advisor assisting customers with their personal and commercial insurance needs.

He is originally from the Mt. Vernon area and relocated to Caroline County due to his wife accepting a teaching position at Caroline High School. This has allowed him to be closer to his family and reconnect with his roots. His ministry experience and background has helped him connect with and relate to a diverse group of customers from all walks of life by making them feel valued and at ease. He enjoys spending time outdoors, camping, hiking, hunting/fishing, and playing music with his guitar and bass. He is also very involved with his church family and participates in many volunteer activities in his community. He and his wife Amy have been married for 27 years and are the proud parents of three grown children. Rick enjoys spending time with his customers and will take the time to get to know you and connect you with insurance that will most of all fit your needs as well as your budget.
