Nichole Small

Nichole was born and raised in Mechanicsville, VA. She joined McArdle & Associates in 2020 and has been a licensed insurance agent for 15 years. Nichole enjoys assisting our commercial customers by taking care of their insurance needs. No situation is too unique and if she doesn’t know the answer, she will work hard to find it. Her passion is animals and the outdoors. When not working, she is busy taking care of her sports-loving children, dogs, cats, chickens, and horses.
