Meg McArdle-Kowar, CIC

Meg was born and raised in Richmond, VA. She joined McArdle & Associates in 1996. She grew up in the world of insurance as her father, Bob McArdle, was a very successful insurance professional and agent. While she never planned to follow in his footsteps, she did and is very thankful. She grew to love the insurance business like her father. She thrives on the daily customer contact, as she loves meeting new people and helping them with their insurance needs. In 2005, she earned the Certified Insurance Counselor designation.

In 2007, she became Vice President of the agency and her father’s business partner. In 2011, she became President as her father turned over the reins of McArdle & Associates Insurance Agency, Inc to her. Sadly, Bob passed away in 2017. He was very proud of her and the whole team that continues to make McArdle & Associates a success and a valuable member of the community. When she is not at the office, you can find her enjoying life with her daughter, Barbara, and husband, Kevin. She loves life, the beach, and her three dogs!
